CCM Tech Services, LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates ccmtechservices.com, publishes mobile applications (each an "App"), and creates custom 3D assets on commission. This policy explains what information we collect through our site, Apps, and commissions, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have — including how to request deletion of your account and data.

Information we collect

This site. When you use the contact form on this site, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The message you send us

We also use Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors use this site, such as pages viewed, interactions, referring sites, and browser and device information. This information is sent to Google and helps us understand site traffic and improve the site.

3D commissions. If you commission 3D work from us, we also collect what we need to quote, create, deliver, and bill for it:

• Project details, and any reference images, sketches, or files you send us
• Billing details needed to invoice you, such as your name, business name, and billing address

Mobile apps. Depending on the App and the features you use, we may collect:

• Information you provide — such as your name, email address, and any content you enter or submit in the App when you create an account or contact support.
• Device and app information — such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and crash or diagnostic logs, used to keep the App working and to fix problems.
• Usage information — such as which features you use and how often, used to understand and improve the App.

Our Apps request device permissions (for example, camera, photos, notifications, or location) only when a feature needs them. You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings. We do not collect precise location, contacts, or other sensitive device data unless a feature clearly requires it and you have granted permission.

How we use this information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the site and Apps;
• Understand site traffic and usage to improve the site;
• Create and manage your account, where an App offers accounts;
• Respond to your questions and provide support;
• Quote, create, deliver, and invoice commissioned 3D work;
• Diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve performance and features;
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.

Data safety

This section summarizes our data practices in the format used by app stores such as Google Play.

• Data we collect: the categories of personal information, app activity, and device or diagnostic information described above, limited to what an App needs to function.
• Data sharing: we do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for advertising. We share data only with service providers that process it on our behalf (see "Service providers" below), when required by law, or with your direction.
• Security: data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS), and access to stored data is restricted to authorized personnel and systems.
• Your control: you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. See "Account and data deletion" below.
• Children: our Apps and site are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted third-party providers to operate our services, including Resend (transactional email for contact form messages), Microsoft Azure (site and application hosting), Google Analytics (site usage measurement), and Google Fonts (web fonts, which receive your IP address when the site loads them). These providers may only use your information to perform services for us and process it under their own privacy policies and security commitments.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Contact messages are kept as long as reasonably needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry. Commission records, including project files and invoices, are kept as long as needed to support the work and meet tax and accounting requirements. Account data is kept while your account is active. When you request deletion, we delete or de-identify your data as described below, except where we are required to keep certain records by law.

Account and data deletion

You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time, whether or not you still have the App installed. To make a request:

1. Email contact@ccmtechservices.comwith the subject line "Account and Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the name of the App and the email address (or username) associated with your account, so we can locate it. Send the request from that email address where possible so we can verify it is you.
3. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will email you when it is done.

What gets deleted: your account profile and the personal information and content linked to it. What may be kept: limited records we are legally required to retain (for example, for tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes), and anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you. You may also request deletion of only some of your data (without closing your account) by saying so in your email.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, emailcontact@ccmtechservices.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses Google Analytics cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions and measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Learn more abouthow Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Our Apps do not use browser cookies, but may use device identifiers or local storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings.

International users

We are based in the United States, and information we collect may be processed and stored in the United States. By using our site or Apps, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

If this policy changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will be noted on this page and, where appropriate, in the App.
